Her examples are powerful and motivates you to focus on what really matters to you and to go for it. I highly recommend this book to everyone because most of us forget about self care, and its great to refocus your energy towards it. Thanks Aditi!
The One Minute Coach happened to be the first book since a long time that I finished reading, as lately I had a bad habit of starting many books and never finishing them. The structure of the book is so “reader friendly” and I could read any chapter at any time without loosing the plot. I loved it and I read some of the chapters a few times!

I loved reading The Self-Care Habit. This book is powerful in its ability to break down what self care really is and how anyone can start to practice it today.
I had not planned to immediately read Aditi Ramchandani’s book The Self-Care Habit, but after being hooked by the title I was thrilled that I sat down to read the helpful tips that will allow anyone to build outstanding Self-Care habits! Chapter 2 on Building Your Self-Care Foundation was my favorite because without a great foundation your self-care habits will likely be on shaky ground! I found the Journal and Reflection Questions throughout the chapter immensely helpful, and immediately scheduled time on my calendar to answer all of the questions! The 4 step CARE Formula is also excellent and my plan is to implement that as well primarily because I don’t think I’ve ever “practiced toward myself”! If you need to work on your self-care then the Self-Care Habit is definitely the book for you!
