I really enjoyed reading this guide. Who hasn’t looked for eternal happiness? Well, although this is not possible we can aim to make happiness last longer than it lasts now; and the same happens with inner peace.

What first attracted me to this book was the title. It intrigued me so much that I read the synopsis, and that was that. I have recently found myself struggling to find inner peace and this title came to my attention when I needed it most.

The global pandemic made us rethink and question an infinity of things, but of one thing I am sure, we all had to search and find within ourselves what makes us happy. They are probably not great things, but they are meaningful to us.

This book is centered around a three-step formula (simplified it is See, Stop and Shift), as well as an emergency list. By using these, the author hopes you will be able to find lasting happiness and peace.

I really liked this book and it was very useful for me. I suffered from extreme anxiety and I think that I have improved a lot thanks to the tips and techniques the author provides in this book. While reading Start Chasing Nothing, I could understand that happiness is attached to internal peace and tranquillity.
