I avoid the sales process because it intimidates me and makes me anxious. In this book, Susan does a great job of explaining why I feel this way and she shares a few simple ideas on how to fix it. It's not some tactic laden "tips and tricks" book. It's not fluffy or overly academic. It's like having a glass of wine with a friend who has your best interests in mind!

I've never had so much fun reading about sales. It was like having a chat with a damn good friend who has a lot of amazing business sense and the ability to break down what is often scary and "icky" into something WAY more manageable and way less gross. Trumpler has figured out how to make sales fun and accessible. If we don't all end up making sales our BFF by the time we are done our book, go back and start again.

Who hasn’t been in THIS situation? “wine-guzzling, Oreo-snarfing moments of feeling like a fraud and a failure.” Susan is spot on and truly your ride or die sales BFF! This book nails it! It is the most helpful sales book I've read, and it is delivered with humor and great stories to boot. I immediately saw an improvement in my sales thanks to Susan's easy-to-understand and guidance. Get this, and read it, and do the things!

I read 1/3 of the book while watching a football game with my hubby, read the next 1/3 winding down before bed. I'll be finishing it tonight. It's EASY and ENTERTAINING to read! Love the examples and the vibe.

I've been working on mindset in many areas of my life and this book definitely gave me some great strategies for sales mindset! I highly recommend this book.
