This book is absolutely on point with regard to processing emotions, the way trauma manifests in daily experiences, and how to redesign your own relationship with emotions.

Absolutely inspirational and has given me the tools and knowledge to feel better faster. I have invested in some crystals thanks to knowing more about them and I can feel the difference already after just 2 days. I have also bought some oils and diffuse them while I work. This book has helped me so much already in a short period of time I can not wait to be part of the membership!

I really enjoyed this book - it was a game changer for me. The concept of having a quick and easy task that helps to regulate emotions is so smart! And it works!

A noble attempt, relatable and full of ideas, however the book doesn't break new ground in the genre. If any of these tips actually worked, the problem wouldn't be as prevalent as it is now, nor would 75% of new published literature be in the self-help genre. Broken cannot fix broken, so perhaps the option should be to take our eyes off ourselves.

I am really loving the format that the content in this book is being presented. For example, with each chapter you get a QR code that will take you to a website with interactive information and videos! It's really cool and it's my first time experiencing a book in this way. On another note, I am only a few chapters in, however, the information and story that Amanda is sharing is powerful and I really feel like I am on a journey. I highly recommend it.

All you have to do is answer the calling. In the west we focus so much on health and wellness, yet we rarely honor the elephant in the holistic approach, our enegy systems. So very much of our essence, vitality and emotional states are being controlled by energetics.

This writer really wrote a poignant book for our times. As a writer myself, it is impressive that this book gives not only comfort, but practical and wise advice. I am buying more for friends and family.

Amanda has the best advice- her book is an easy read that helped me better understand myself :)

As I was reading, I kept thinking of a buzz phrase years back called Positive Mental Attitude, or PMA. I also kept thinking, throw in some buzz words from India (chakra and kundalini for example) and you've got the gist of this book.
